4. No skipping school at any time.
5. No animal cruilty.
6.If u steal, you will have your hands cut off,
7. If you lie to any official, you will have your tounge removed.
8.No gangs allowed.
9.YOu can vote by the age of 13.
10. Any hatred, discrimination, or anything of that sort will have you exiled from capricornia and you can never return.

Utopian animal

The animal that Capricornia has chosen is the lion. We choose this because the lion is strong, fierce, does not back down to anyone, stands up for ALL his rights, and can have a caring side as well. All of the characteristics describe Capricornia down to a science.

Declaration of Independance

In Capricornia Everyone has somewhat equal rights. They have the right to own the property, there are no taxes in Capricornia. Woman in this society have as much or even more oppurtunity than the rest of the society, they are truly the foundation of this utopia. Everyone has to give tithes and offerings every sunday even if they don't go to church. This  utopia must stay and maintain perfection at all times so that people will want to come and stay in Capricornia.
